Registration fees

Your registration fee includes¹

• Workshop registration fee
• Official program and book of abstracts 
• Daily coffee breaks (2 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and 1 on Saturday)
• Daily lunch (except on Saturday)
• One-year ESHO membership and a one-year free e-subscription to the International Journal of Hyperthermia for non-members^2,3
• One-year free e-subscription to the International Journal of Hyperthermia for students³

The early-bird discounted registration fees (left column) apply until 30.04.2015. Regular registration fees (right column) are in effect starting on 01.05.2015.

¹Note that all rates are per person. Only MD students and PhD candidates are eligible for student rates. 
²Note that non-members can become members by applying through the ESHO secretariat at a rate of € 100. Please visit the ESHO website. 
³Note that memberships and subscriptions start January 2015. 

Method of Payment

Payments are rendered via PayPal. Note that no PayPal account is needed to perform this payment. Please place the registration items that apply to you—for example, ESHO member congress registration and the conference dinner—into your shopping cart before checking out. A participant is officially registered only when the payment has been completed. Registrations without payment are not taken into consideration. 

If for any reason you are unable to pay online, please contact the workshop organizer at info@esho2015.org. 

Cancellation & Refund policy

To cancel your registration, please notify the conference organizer by email to  info@esho2015.org. The email date counts as the cancellation date.

• In the case of a medical emergency, 70% of the registration fee is refunded until June 15th
• Refunds are not possible otherwise

Onsite Registration

Your registration package will be available for pick-up at the registration desk during the onsite registration hours. Late registration to the conference dinner is possible at the desk until 24 hours prior to the event.
